Zip pool cages replacing my pool cage was a flawless experience. Very professional and organized from start to finish got my bid reasonable pricing came took care of my job with no issues. The owner ,office staff the work crews for all professional and organized and on time.

They did a great job on my flood panels. Great price

Zip flood control and pool cages were very responsive to my request for a quote on flood barriers. They were able to complete the installation during the summer months prior to the peak of hurricane season. Having sustained flood damage from Hurricane Ian, we were anxious to have a higher level of flood protection to ease our anxiety during hurricane season. The barriers are well designed and the install team was courteous and easy to work with. The owner..Eddie Hoskins was responsive to my requests to resolve an issue which occurred during the installation and has resolved it to my satisfaction. Good people to deal with for your flood barriers or pool cages.

After getting flooded by Hurricanes Helene and Milton we were devastated. After many delays with permits and contractors we were finally making progress. During this 1 year of delays I started looking for Flood Protection. After looking at many products the ZIP FLOOD BARRIERS were by far the best option. Many other products only cover about 42 inch wide opening or add screw in poles to cover wider openings. They also only provide about 36 inches of height. With my 4 double doors and 4 single doors right on a bay, we very confidently chose Zip Flood Barriers. They are able to easily cover a double door at any height you desire. Now that we knew what we wanted we had to find the best company to sell the barriers and Extremely Importantly Install them. The Salesman Shawn came to our home to measure and discuss every facet of the install. With the barrier in hand Shawn explained how important the techniques and options would be to give the home the greatest protection. I was very pleased to find out Shawn would also be doing our installation. Every detail gets the attention he discussed. The attachments to the home and the caulking are the difference makers to complete the water tight installation. The all aluminum structures can be powder coated to match your home. The Owner Eddy was extremely helpful to get me pricing as we initially started with 4 feet tall barriers , then went to 5 feet . After many sleepless night we decided on 6 foot tall barriers. Eddy did everything to accommodate all our changes. We are absolutely thrilled with our Flood Barriers, the coverage, the ease of deploying the light weight aluminum planks, the ease of tightening them in place. The guide rails are permanently attached to the home and planks are slid down to the ground and additional planks are added until you reach the height you desire. Very easy for this 75 year old to do by myself. I hope we never have to put the Zip Flood Barriers to the test, but we have 110% faith in Eddy’s Zip Flood Barriers and that peace of mind is priceless. Trust me you won’t disappointed with the product or the outstanding Company.

Eddie did a great job in installing flood control barriers in my home.

Good company to use on Fort Myers Beach. Fast, reasonable and a good product.

Very respectful and helpful in offering advice needed. Easy to install. Large panels need a person on ends to slide panel evenly.

The installation was done as scheduled and expeditiously. Workmanship was great and clean up good. Communications good throughout.

Had Zip flood control panels installed this last summer after talking to several companies. ZIP delivered everything they promised. Easy to deal with, quality system, excellent installation, and completed as scheduled. Highly recommend to anyone looking to protect their property.

Dependable and reliable.

Zip Pool Cages is an excellent company. The owner, Eddie, takes a personal interest in customers to insure they are getting good service and that they are satisfied with the work. Erica, who manages the office, worked extra hard to get our permit from a difficult Collier County Growth Management Office. Shawn, the construction team leader, insured that the work was completed correctly. Everyone at Zip was pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service with Zip pool cages. I called with concerns about protecting my home from flooding and a specific timeline I wanted to achieve. They did an excellent job helping me along the way. The staff is responsive, helpful and follows up. Yes there were delays during the process but in the end my flood barrier is exactly the way I asked it be constructed. This company is far superior to garrison flood control that you may be considering. Please choose Zip pool cages for your project instead of Garrison Flood. The products are the same, the service is far different.

They showed up on time. Installation was done earlier than expected. With the complications of installation they figured out how to make it work. Great experience.

Would love to give 5 stars. Still have some things to overcome before it goes to 5 or 1. Be glad to give update unless my review is taken off. Quess we will see. And now I would like to upgrade to 5 as I found that company was honest and did business with integrity. Wish to thank them again.👍👍👍

Recently had a new pool cage designed and installed by Zip. Shawn and Kyle expertly handled the installation and took the time to ensure everything was done right. Site cleanup was good and I would be happy to use them again if the need arises.

Our pool cage was bent & sections torn out during the back to back hurricanes here in Palmetto FL in 2024. It was an old cage from the 90s with multiple sections blocking our view of the canal. We chose to go with a new modern panoramic view cage. We are very glad we did as opposed to just repairing the old cage. Overall the guys did a good job. In addition they secured support columns to my home in the pool area that had disintegrated the foot plates during the hurricane. We had several quotes over $20k. We did not go with the lowest quote because we wanted to upgrade. I recommend having the pool area pressure washed when cleared of the old cage before construction. I also recommend adding support wires for all sides. We chose to have Zip add 2 more after completion

So many great things to say I don’t know where to start. Having a lot of construction experience in New York I saw one of their truck and trailer rigs at a gas station and it looked like a company that was well invested and knew what they were doing so I asked the driver who to contact. He gave me the business card of Joe Coluzzo. When I called Joe answered the phone from a hospital bed ready to take care of business and turned out to be a great guy. I was in the market for pretty much everything on a remodel and had been aggressively educating myself on things you require in Florida but would never think of in New York. After Joe came to the house and saw the scope of work he put me in touch with the owner Eddie who turned out to be another great guy and a straight shooter. Eddie and his team worked with me through a million questions and really decimated the competition. I wound up getting a great deal on my pool enclosure, impact doors and windows and the remote control hurricane screens (to protect the patio furniture). Believe it or not it gets better from here… EVERY single one of the staff were absolutely great ! The crew leader Sean was awesome!! Definitely call them!!

We choose Zip Pool Cages to (re)build our pool cage damaged in Hurricane Milton. We had some issues with out HOA that required some minor modifications to the design to gain their approval but Eddie was able to accomodate us and we are more than pleased with our new pool cage. We were given a start date time frame and work started very close to the date and was completed in 2 days. The bottom line is I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. They left the cage area in better looking than when they got there and policed the area after the job was done. Thank you Eddie, George and the team for doing a great job. This review was NOT solicited or compensated.

Showed up when they said. Charged what they said they would charge. Quality of work was great! Refreshing to do business with a company like this! Highly recommended!

We hired Zip to put a new cage in for us. They did a wonderful job. The price was very reasonable, professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend to anybody. 👍 We are extremely happy!

After hurricane Ian everyone in SW Florida needed their lanai screens replaced. No businesses would answer their phones, reply to voice messages, or emails.... except one. Zip Pool Cages. Getting a quote was very easy, and a few weeks later I had new screens. And their work was very professional. I very highly recommend!! 6 stars!

Eddie and his team are excellent to work with. They have done many pool cages for our company and I highly recommend them for your next pool cage. Always on time and always on budget.! Highly recommend.

Eddie and company are a solid group that does what they say and backs it up.

Awesome company, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, very good install, done in 3 days on a complex install. Would definitely recommend

We are very happy with our pool cage. Our sales agent Cary, was easy to work with. He promised construction within 60 days. They started within 40 days. Shawn did an excellent job measuring and designing the enclosure. The brothers Leo and Leon did a fantastic job on the construction. Their craftsmanship was excellent! They were great to work with and very accommodating. Hats off to all involved!! I highly recommend Zip Pool Cages

We were impressed with their quality and workmanship. Lead time was met. If you are looking for a pool cage and don’t want to wait 6 months like most other companies they are the best We also had a screen for our garage door installed. Very Happy. Shout out to both Leo’s and Shawn

Zip Pools is a rock star, they installed our pool cage in 3 days, the job foreman went over the whole process and what they would be doing each day. He also told me each day they would clean up the area (which they did) Zip Pool put me in touch with a company that would tear down my pool cage for scrap (free) which saved me more money.
