Requirements for a Valid Competing Quote:
- The quote must be in writing and specify the same scope of work, materials, and project details as our proposal.
- The competing bid must be from a licensed contractor and have proof of valid liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
- The quote must be presented to us for review before you accept it.

To claim the $500, provide us with:
- Proof of purchase (signed contract with the competing contractor).
- Proof of payment (final paid-in-full receipt from the competing contractor).
- Upon verification, we will send you $500.
Exclusions:
- We will not match quotes from unlicensed contractors or those without valid liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

At Zip Pool Cages Hurricane Windows & Shutters, we’re committed to offering you the best value for your pool cage, hurricane windows, or shutters project. If you receive a lower written quote from a qualifying competitor, we’ll either beat their price or pay you $500.
Terms and Conditions for the $500 Best Price Guarantee:
Eligible Products: The guarantee applies only to manufacturer brands carried by Zip Pool Cages Hurricane Windows & Shutters. All equipment must be new, currently available makes and models.
Quote Requirements: The competitor’s written quote must include:
- Detailed specifications for installation, exact sizes, styles, manufacturer, and model.
- Proof that the competitor is an authorized seller for the manufacturer.
- Competitor Eligibility: The competitor must be:
- A local, state-licensed contractor operating within our service areas.
- In compliance with manufacturer recommendations for the project, equipment, and installation.
- Pulling all required permits and performing installation per the latest building and inspection codes.
Exclusions: We will not match prices from:
- Out-of-town companies.
- Unlicensed contractors.
Homeowner Eligibility: The guarantee applies only to private homeowners purchasing for their primary residence, with a minimum job amount of $7,500.
Process:
- Submit the competitor’s best and final written quote to Zip for review before work begins.
- Zip must be given the opportunity to beat the competitor’s price. If Zip offers a lower price by any amount, the guarantee is fulfilled.
- If Zip does not beat the competitor’s price and you proceed with the competitor, you may claim the $500 by providing:
- Written proof of purchase (signed contract or invoice).
- Proof of proper permits and, if applicable, engineering drawings.
- Confirmation of installation per the quote.
- Proof of payment (final paid-in-full receipt).
Payment: The $500 will be paid to the individual homeowner only after all conditions are verified in writing. Payment will not be made until the project is complete and all documentation is received.
